The SuperQ3-Pro can work well with Android/ IOS system by default. If it is connected with windows system, please ensure to choose"SuperQ3-Pro Hand Free AG Audio" as the input and output device of the sound setting of your laptop and Zoom APP first.

What is the different between the model "Pro" and "SuperQ3-Pro"?

SuperQ3-Pro is built in more advanced QCC 3024 bluetooth chip, which have high Resolution Audio and better voice recognition. SuperQ3-Pro was wholly wrapped by soft silicone material not plastic, it supports multipoint pairing and fast charging too.

Does it have a mute button to control the call?

Sorry, it doesn't have mute button but there is a multifunction button to control the call or music. You can use the multifuction button to answer/end/reject the call and you also can play/pause/skip to next song while enjoying music.

What kind of charging cable they use? Magnetic charging or Type-C?

SuperQ3-Pro use the universal Type-C charging cable, you don't have to worry about losing the Magnetic charging cable any more.
